Clearance

1. Household Sewing Feed Dog: Pull down screw between needle plate and sewing feed dog. Clear out wool cloth, dust. Add some sewing-machine oil.
2. Shuttle Race Complete: Clear dirty regularly and add some sewing-machine oil (Shuttle Race Complete is the core of sewing machine and the place to break down frequently).
3. Other parts: The surface and inside parts of sewing machine must be cleared regularly.

Lubricating Method of

1. Position: oil holes of handpiece, upper armshaft and the conjoint accessories;inner parts of panels and other unfixed parts;presser foot lever, needle lever and the conjoint accessories;Clear up component under working board and add some little oil.
2. Attentions: After finishing sewing work,insert needle into pin holes and put up presser foot, then cover handpiece without any gap;At the beginning of work, you should check all main parts of sewing machine. For example, condition of pedal,state of needle and so on. Repairing should be conducted once multi-functional sewing machine runs abnormally;After being used for a long time, sewing machine should carry out examination of every part. Components with large abrasion must be changed immediately.

Lubrication

1. Add customized lubrication when sewing machine has run one day or more. Let the machine runs for a while without materials on the working board if you want to add oil during its working. Then you can clean head of high-speed lockstitch sewing machine and working board with soft cloth for fear that the lubrication dirt sewing materials.
2. Clear oil stains through movement of useless sewing cloth. Start sewing until the oil stain in cloth is run out of.
