Under the process of high speed fine adjustment, the adjustment of Rotary Hook is to raise needle bar from the bottom, letting scribed line of positioning mark aligning bottom of Sewing Machine Needle’s lining. Then, zero the spur to center line of Sewing Machine Needle and fix it. If there is no positioning mark,zero the spur to center line of Sewing Machine Needle and fix it when needle raise from bottom to b mm (bottom dead center to 1.8-2.4mm). The b is different due to the type of sewing machine. The interval between Sewing Machine Needle and spur should be in 0.05 to 0.1mm.Adjustment of this interval has a great influence on all aspects of sewing function, such as degree of tightness, breaking line, jumping line, towel type floating thread, etc.
